Attic Waste Removal and Restoration
American Animal Control has a team that is specialized in attic clean ups or restorations. We remove old insulation, feces, guano, carcases, debris, and other hazardous waste from your attic. The attic is then decontaminated, deoderized, and your attics insulation is replaced with the correct R-Value amount.

Why should you consider a attic cleanup?
Infestations of bats, rodents, and wildlife can create an unsafe environment for yourself and family. Common issues could be histoplasmosis, rabies, hantavirus, roundworm, and many more.

Bat Bugs
Bat Bugs are very similar to Bed Bugs. They feed on the blood of bats and will bite people when populations are high or when the bats(hosts) are removed. Treatments for Bat Bugs require a state liscense which many Bat Removal companies lack.
Bat Guano or Feces
Histoplasmosis- a disease caused by the fungus Histoplasma capsulatum. The fungus lives in the environment, usually in association with large amounts of bat and bird droppings. Lung infection can occur after a person inhales airborne, microscopic fungal spores from the environment. The symptoms of histoplasmosis are similar to pneumonia.
Bats and Raccoons
Rabies- a disease of the nervous system of mammals that is caused by a virus usually passed on by siliva of an animal already infected with it and is always deadly if untreated.
Rodent Droppings
Hantavirus- single-stranded RNA viruses of the family Bunyaviridae that infect specific rodents as their natural hosts and that include some forms causing hantavirus pulmonary syndrome and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in humans following exposure to the virus in airborne particles of rodent urine, feces, or saliva.
Raccoon Feces
Raccoon Roundworm- disease is caused by a parasite, a roundworm called Baylisascaris procyonis. The roundworm larvae cause problems as they travel through the person's muscles and various organs, including the liver, brain, lungs, and eyes. The severity of the infection depends on how many of the parasite's eggs were ingested, and where the larvae migrate. Although serious infections are rare, raccoon roundworm can be fatal in people.
